Major Intake

Open for all full-time on-campus healthcare, engineering, business, and education courses. Applications open August to January. Classes commence early February.

Mid-Year Intake

July / August Intake (Semester 2)

Open for Open & Distance Learning (ODL), evening degree programs, and selected health diploma streams. Applications open March to July. Classes commence early August.

Choose a Program & Confirm Eligibility

Verify that your Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications meet the prerequisites for your intended degree, diploma, or certificate program.

Prepare & Certify Your Documents

Scan certified copies of your Grade 12 results, National Registration Card (NRC) or Passport bio-data, and a recent passport-sized photograph.

Submit Online Application

Fill out the digital application form below with your bio-data and upload certified documents. An application reference is automatically generated.

Receive Official Offer Letter

Our Admissions Senate reviews applications within 48 to 72 hours. Successful candidates receive a formal Offer of Admission Letter via email and SMS.

Registration & Portal Onboarding

Pay the initial term registration fee through our official bank accounts or mobile money, receive your student portal credentials, and register courses.

Academic Prerequisites

Admission Criteria & Documentation

Review the minimum educational qualifications required for acceptance into our academic faculties.

Standard Undergraduate / Diploma Entry
  • Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 O-Level credits or better.
  • Compulsory credit in English Language for all programs.
  • Compulsory credit in Mathematics for all Business, Science, Computing, and Health programs.
  • For Health Sciences: Credits in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (or Science combination).
Mature Age & Transfer Entry
  • Candidates aged 23 or above with relevant professional or vocational certificates.
  • Official academic transcripts from previous accredited higher education institutions for credit exemption.
  • Detailed syllabus and course descriptions from previous institutions to facilitate transfer credit evaluation.
International Student Entry
  • Certified high school completion certificate translated into English where applicable.
  • Verification and equivalence assessment from the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ).
  • Valid international passport bio-data and student study permit guidance from our International Students Desk.

Flexible Installment Options

Students may pay their semester tuition in up to 3 structured installments: 50% at course registration, 25% by mid-semester tests, and 25% prior to final examinations.

Merit & Need Scholarships

Partial tuition waivers and bursaries are awarded annually to top-performing high school graduates and economically disadvantaged students with stellar grades.

Corporate & Sponsor Billing

We support corporate sponsorship, employer education allowances, and institutional billing with direct invoice coordination.
