- By accessing or using the EduTrack360 platform, student portal, staff portals, mobile apps, or associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you are using the platform on behalf of a university, college, or academic institution, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that institution to these terms.
- Users must comply with all local, statutory, and regulatory guidelines issued by the Higher Education Authority (HEA) and national data protection mandates.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Account Credentials: User IDs, passwords, and two-factor authentication tokens are strictly personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining secret access credentials.
- Authorized Use: You agree to use the platform solely for legitimate academic, financial, administrative, or student affairs operations.
- Misuse & Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to bypass role permissions, intercept database calls, alter examination marks, or perform unauthorized administrative actions will result in immediate account termination and legal escalation.
3. Fees, Payments & Mobile Money Sync
- Payment Gateways: All student fee payments processed via integrated payment channels (SchoolPay, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Bank API switches) are recorded against official institution ledger balances.
- Receipt Verification: Transaction reference hashes and digital receipts generated by EduTrack360 constitute official proof of payment subject to bank reconciliation.
- Refund Policies: All fee refund requests or adjustments are governed by the institution's financial regulations and student handbook.
4. System Availability & Intellectual Property
- Platform Uptime: EduTrack360 maintains high-availability cloud infrastructure with a 99.9% uptime target. Scheduled system maintenance will be announced in advance.
- Intellectual Property: The software codebase, user interfaces, branding, and algorithm workflows are the exclusive intellectual property of TechElevate SaaS Ltd.
- Institutional Data Ownership: The university or institution retains full ownership of all student records, examination scores, course content, and internal documents uploaded to the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governance
- Platform Scope: EduTrack360 serves as an enterprise SaaS software provider. Academic admissions decisions, grading standards, and fee structures are determined solely by your respective university administration.
- Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduTrack360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized account sharing or third-party telecom outages.
